Hi, my name is Mark Janus.  I’m a ‘spare-time’ photographer who is working on learning what all the knobs and dials do on my camera.  I’m exploring all types of photography including lifestyle, portrait, sports, wildlife, landscapes, etc.  My main goal is to take more pictures and put them out for the world to see.  I am slowly building a microstock portfolio and hope make enough for some of them fancy rechargeable batteries.

My digital darkroom is outfitted with Photoshop and Lightroom.   I plan to write about some photos, the learning process and all the hardware and software that goes into my photography.
